The area of responsibility of the service provider Problems with the operating system, any software installed on the Client's virtual server - the responsibility of the Client. Problems with the host machines and communication are the responsibility of the Company. 2. Rights and obligations of the Service Provider The Company provides technical support services to the Clients on the basis of the Client's request through the personal cabinet according to the tariffs published on the official website of the Company, located at https://userv.network. The Company is not responsible for the operation of third-party software on the Company's servers, including software purchased from the Company. The services of the Company are provided "as it is", the Company reserves the right to revise the rules of service provision, including pricing policy and tariff characteristics at any moment, without prior notice and unilaterally, the new rules come into force at the moment of their publication on the official site of the Company. The Company undertakes to maintain the proper quality of host machines and eliminate all faults as soon as possible. The Company does not guarantee 100% availability of the network and host machines. All planned technical works, updates and the like are performed from 4:00 till 10:00 UTC time. This point doesn't include force majeure situations and unscheduled works. The Company is not responsible for inability to access services due to the fault of third parties. The Company reserves a right to stop services and Customer's servers for: Scheduled maintenance, due to DoS- and network attacks, as a result of natural disasters and other force-majeure circumstances. The Company has a right to change service prices upwards or downwards by notifying the client about it by sending an e-mail to the registration e-mail address. 3. Client's rights and obligations In case of blocking the hosting of the Customer due to a complaint and / or for other reasons 1 (one) or more than 1 (one) time a month (network scan, outgoing DoS-attacks, etc.) and Customer's failure to take action on their complaints, the company has the right to stop providing services and block the Customer without any refund. The Customer has the right to use the Hosting for any purpose, except for the purposes contradicting the legislation of the Russian Federation and the laws on copyright and related rights. The Customer is granted access (unless otherwise agreed) to the server and the Customer bears all related responsibility. The Client has the right to install and use any software on their server, provided that it is legal and does not violate copyright and related rights, as well as the norms of the current legislation of the Russian Federation. The Client shall monitor the compliance of all posted materials and used software with the content on the server and be responsible for its compliance with the norms of current legislation of the Russian Federation. All questions related to the performance of the Customer's hosting are accepted only in requests for support in the personal cabinet at https://my.userv.network/ 4. Payment rules and procedure The services are provided on the condition of 100% payment within no more than 2 (two) business days from the date of payment. Individuals shall pay only by means of electronic payments. Payment for the Hosting shall be made on the basis of the current tariffs published on the official website of the Company at: https://userv.network. A commission of intermediaries and payment systems may be added to the payment. 5. Deadlines for deleting suspended services: VPS orders will be deleted the day after the deadline, if there is no payment. Pay in advance, do not leave everything for the last day. We do not keep backup servers. In case of unforeseen circumstances, a replacement server is issued. As practice shows, we never refuse the client and always try to help, even if it is not our responsibility. 6. Forbidden content and software It is forbidden to use servers for port scanning and similar software, as well as using the server as a load on the network channel, otherwise the Internet channel on the virtual machine will be severely limited! 7. The Service Provider shall not be liable The Company does not check the content of the Customer's Hosting. The exception is the cases of receipt of a motivated complaint from a third party. For the Client's choice of operating system, software and the consequences that this may entail. For any kind of direct and indirect damage, loss of information, business reputation and other cases of damage. 8. Refunds userv.network does not return funds after receiving them in userv.network accounts. Refunds are available only if the paid service has not been fully provided. (no features declared in the paid service plan). Domains: Domain Name Registration and Maintenance When registering domain names, the company reserves the right to provide its contact information to WHOIS domain service administrators. To edit contact information, the customer must provide written notification, as well as an identification document. In order to transfer a domain to other registrars for maintenance, a request must be submitted no later than 14 days prior to the expiration of the term of delegation of this domain. Registration and maintenance of a domain may be terminated due to providing false contact information or failure to provide contact information upon request. Domain registration and service may be terminated in case of customer's refusal from domain registration/renewal service, as well as in cases of domain transfer and domain registration revocation, including in court. Domain name issuance is performed in manual mode, the average time for issuance takes from five minutes to one hour.
